The Super Duplex Steel Forged Fittings consist mainly of chromium, molybdenum, nickel, and nitrogen, which provides superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Standard grades such as S32750 and S32760 have better mechanical characteristics consisting of high tensile strength, enhanced yield strength, and good toughness. The fittings show tensile strength between 750 and 1000 MPa and yield strength greater than 550 MPa with excellent impact strength even at sub-zero temperature. This dual property of strength and resistance to corrosion makes them ideal for corrosive and high-pressure applications.
