Incoloy 800 series includes 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and up to 1.2% aluminum and titanium. The 800H/800HT versions are strengthened for higher creep rupture strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1000°C. The fittings offer a tensile strength of around 550 MPa and a yield strength of at least 205 MPa, with strong resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation.
